Our Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and nurture yourself. Through gentle flowing movement and supported poses held for longer periods, you’ll encourage relaxation, release tension and invite a profound sense of calm within.

Perfect for beginners and all experience levels, each class moves at a pace that allows your body to fully unwind while experiencing mindfulness and connection to yourself.

Using all the props, bolsters, blankets, and blocks are provided to support your body and enhance your practice.

Energising & Flowing
Move, awaken, and energise your body and mind.

Our Energising and Flowing Yoga classes are your favorite Vinyasa class with the dreamy dark and candlelit Studio. You will be guided through a dynamic yet accessible sequence of poses designed to awaken and boost energy to strengthen both the body and mind.
With a focus on breath driven movement, you’ll flow smoothly from one posture to the next, building strength, flexibility, and vitality along the way.

Perfect for all levels, including beginners, each class emphasises mindful movement and alignment, so you can safely explore your practice at your own pace.
Expect a balanced mix of gentle strength building, heart opening stretches and flowing sequences that leave you feeling recharged, centered, and connected within.
Yin & Ting
Immerse yourself by candlelight in this deeply connecting Yin practice combining the healing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls.

The sound waves help to hold and support you emotionally while you connect further with your breath and the depth of the different positions.
The sound ends with some gentle therapeutic percussion and a dreamy savasana to feel the beautiful benefits of these practices together.
Yin Yoga
In our 90-minute Yin Yoga class, we slow down and hold postures for 4–8 minutes, allowing the body to gently open and release.
This practice targets the fascia and connective tissues while stimulating the body’s meridian (energy) pathways.
Each week, we focus on a different meridian line. Rather than flowing through constant movement, Yin emphasises stillness, breath awareness, and the support of props.
Yin yoga helps release tension, increase flexibility, strengthen joints, and quiet the mind.
Om & Bass
A playful, feel good yoga flow that moves with the chilled dance beat.

In this class, you’ll link gentle Vinyasa sequences to the rhythm of uplifting tunes, finding your groove while easing into movement.
​
Expect simple, flowing transitions, plenty of smiles and a chance to connect breath with beat in a way that feels natural and fun.
No pressure, just a joyful practice that leaves you light relaxed and ready to dance your way home.
Warm Yang Yin
Step into the warm, nurturing studio and experience our Yang Yin Fusion class, designed to build energy and heat before guiding you into deep, restorative release.
The room’s cosy warmth supports your body as you flow through energising Yang Vinyasa sequences, awakening muscles, improving circulation and energy.

Once your body is fully warmed, we transition into slower, supported postures, allowing your muscles and fascia to soften and fully surrender while your mind finds calm and stillness.
The combination of warmth, movement and deep release makes this practice both invigorating and restorative.

Serenity Sound Cradle
Designed using calming, gentle sounds that soothe the nervous system and ease the mind. A tranquil atmosphere is created using low, gentle frequencies that support deep relaxation inviting you to release the tension of the day. These sounds are rich and layered, starting slowly with deep, grounding tones and gradually blending into higher, lighter frequencies. The steady, repetitive nature of the sounds promotes a sense of safety and calm, allowing you to leave the Studio ready to sink into a deeply restful sleep.
Embark on this gentle, soothing journey where you are surrounded by soft, harmonious sounds that wash over you, promoting relaxation and inner peace. Using singing bowls, chimes and gentle percussion, each producing tones that can feel both grounding and ethereal. The tones rise and fall in volume, gently ebbing and flowing, inviting you to let go of any tension in your mind and body. This session is recommended to help with anxiety, grief or if you have not experienced sound healing before due to its gentle nature.
Floating weightlessly in a cosy hammock this nurturing experience is designed to provide the gentle, comforting sensation of being rocked or held in a cradle, while being enveloped in healing sound waves of the Singing Bowls, Gong and Therapeutic Percussion instruments. This is a soothing and restorative experience which encourages a deeper connection to inner peace, emotional release, and restorative rest, making it ideal for those seeking relaxation, emotional healing, or a more restful night’s sleep.
Sound Bath
This session is for you if you enjoy immersing yourself in an all encompassing sonic environment where you can quiet the mind, relax the body and experience a deep sense of inner peace. Using all of the Studio instruments played in a harmonic therapeutic way to create a comforting and relaxing environment this is a great regular session to achieve natural stress relief, improved sleep, emotional healing, physical relaxation and mental clarity. The meditative nature of this session helps clear mental clutter and gain clarity.
Crystal Sound Bath
Allow the pure quartz crystal singing bowls to carry you away into their calming, embracing tones which can help you to restore balance and harmony throughout the body. Take some time to lay back while they work on boosting your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Gong Bath
Be immersed in the powerful, resonant sounds of the Earth and Wind Gongs. This session creates a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where the sound waves from the gongs can be used to help release stress, clear energy blockages and induce a state of deep relaxation. The sounds will range from deep, rumbling lows to high, shimmering overtones which fluctuate in intensity throughout the session providing a safe space for emotional release and reflection.

Feel the power of your own breath and access the peace within in this calming Meditation and Breath session.
We begin with different breath work techniques to relax, regulate and help tone your nervous system followed by a meditative journey.

Hypnotherapy
Our monthly group hypnotherapy class offers a powerful opportunity to release stress, shift life limiting patterns and tap into your inner resources through the gentle practice of guided hypnosis.
In each themed session you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state where you can explore and re wire the mind through positive suggestions for well being, clarity, and balance.
Hypnotherapy can strengthen your connection to the subconscious mind and leave you feeling calm, focused, and refreshed. The long lasting effects of Hypnosis can bring real transformation and growth to your journey.
